This is huge - Gotham Girls made the FRONT PAGE of the NY Times! I really wanted to add the article When Their Alter Egos Come Out to Play, but the Times wants $250 to repost on the internet.

There's background on the resurgence of roller derby and the growth of the WFTDA (Women's Flat Track Derby Association) featuring a video and interviews with several of the GGRD rollergirls. It makes me proud to be a part of roller derby.

Atlanta Rollergirls Roller Derby League (a founding league of the WFTDA organization), will be featured on CNN Headline News TODAY (Saturday, Nov. 10th, 2007), every half hour during the Headline News Sports segment.

This two-minute feature story will feature background information on the resurgence of a historical full-contact extreme sports for women with an introduction to Flat-Track Roller Derby, as well as a profile of skater Queen Loseyateefa, ARG's outgoing League President, recently voted "Rollergirl of the Year" by her peers.

I'm still getting used to the models wearing the shirts, but I guess it does give a better preview of how it will look when you wear it. My only complaint is that when you zoom in it doesn't show a good close up of the image, but you can see it pretty well on the greeting card.
